Brexit Update

Following the UK’s departure from the EU on 1 January 2021, all shipments are sent on a DAP Basis (Delivered at Place).

This means that the buyer will be liable for import VAT at their prevailing national rate, and orders over Euro 150, including carriage import duties, will become chargeable at your prevailing national rate.

The Duty is ascertained by your national customs authority based on the HS Code of each product. The HS Code is shown in the “European Shipment” section of each product page.

Minimum Order Value

TPS Pure Solutions DOES NOT have a small order charge or have a minimum order value.

Shipping Times

TPS Pure Solutions aims to ship all orders received by 12 pm on the same working day.

Please note, however, that this is subject to off-the-shelf availability offered; the product of our stock fluctuates hourly.

All orders received during out-of-office hours or on weekends will be processed on the next available working day. Please note Monday is an extremely high volume day, and we can not guarantee despatch.

Our standard shipping times are:

Shelf Products: within 24 hours of order receipt

Products in Stock but not on shelf: 5-7 working days

Specialised Items: 10-20 days

We accept no liability for third-party delays. The charges applied are for using the courier service due to the weight or hazard of the product.

Variations in Delivery Charge

We hold the right to change our delivery charges, and a surcharge might incur. However, the customer will be notified before delivery.
