Terms and Conditions
1. Shipping & Delivery
We accept no liability for third-party delays. The charges applied are for using the courier service due to the product's weight or hazard.
A shipment charge calculator built into the shopping cart will show you the options available based on the product you are ordering. This will automatically appear in the basket when you add a product. If a product arrives damaged from the courier to you, you must take a picture and immediately inform us within 24 hours. If possible, a claim has to be filed with the courier on-site. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement of the product.
Shipping of hazardous chemicals
Our distributors are qualified to ship hazardous products by road, air, and sea. However, depending on the product and order, we can also use Royal Mail and DPD delivery.
We provide Delivery to UK & Europe
We currently offer courier services within Europe, including the UK. On request, we offer delivery to other continents; for further information, Email or call us. Delivery dates might vary. Please see attached:

Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only, and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods, howsoever caused. Delivery time will not be fixed unless previously agreed with you in writing.
We may deliver goods in advance of any quoted delivery date.
If we fail for any reason other than a cause outside or beyond our reasonable control, we are liable to you. In that case, our liability is limited to the excess (if any) of the cost to you of similar goods to replace those not delivered over the price of the goods in question.
We do not issue refunds due to delivery delays.
If you fail to take delivery of the Goods or do not give us adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery then without prejudice to any other right or remedy we may have, we may:

2. Products can vary slightly from their pictures
A product's colour may not match what is shown on your device or in our marketing, or its packaging may differ slightly. Thus, we recommend ordering Samples before.
You're responsible for making sure your measurements are accurate
If we make or supply the product according to the measurements you provide, you are responsible for ensuring that those measurements are correct.
We charge you if you don't give us information we need or do preparatory work as agreed with us
We charge you additional sums if you don't give us information we've asked for about how we can access your property for delivery, installation or to provide services or if you don't do preparatory work for installation, as agreed with us. For example, we might need to re-deliver on another vehicle or with extra manpower or reschedule services.
3. Termination of Contract
If you are a consumer and you bought online, by mail order, over the telephone or on your doorstep, you have a legal right to change your mind

Send the product back to us using an established delivery service. If you do this, you should keep a receipt or other evidence from the delivery service that proves you have sent it and when you sent it. If you don’t do this and we don’t receive the goods at all or within a reasonable time, we won't refund you the price. If your product is a service, digital content, or goods that haven't been delivered or that we're collecting from you, we will refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days of telling us you've changed your mind. If your product is goods that you're sending back to us, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving them back from you. We will refund you using the method you used for payment. We don't charge a fee for the refund.

Nobody else has any rights under this contract. This contract is between you and us. Nobody else can enforce it, and neither of us will need to ask anybody else to sign off on ending or changing it.
